I had to look that up!  The waiter called it Mole' Rosa and did say it had chocolate' blanco (white chocolate) in it.  It was mild, yet had good flavor, I could taste the nuts, etc.  I kinda thought it was a gimmick, but turns out Pink Mole' is from Taxco.
