These look really good.  I am going to make this on Wednesday, assuming I actually get eggplant in today's grocery delivery (Mondays are dicey for food deliveries around here).

 

Last night, chicken kebabs marinated in yogurt, ginger, and lime juice, grilled and tossed in a lime-mint butter, with yogurt sauce, flatbread, rice and salad.
