Fire roasted eggplants in Thai style salad sauce of fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, chilies, garlic, ginger herbs (basil, scallions, some cilantro and mint), shallots, eggs, shrimps, crisp fried shallots.
And sticky rice for the salad.
