I loved this video! Thanks for making it, it was great fun to see your process. I'm not in the Modernist Bread group, heck I'm not much of a breadmaker ever, but this thread makes me think and wonder.... a dangerous and potentially expensive thing. Expensive in $$$ but also time, and the time factor worries me as much as the cost!

 

But that bread sounds really delicious. ^_^
