Today a girlfriend and I had lunch with a cousin of mine who is down from Wisconsin and visiting Galveston this month. We met at one of our local favorites, The Sunflower Bakery & Cafe.

 

I had the Crab Cake Salad.

My girlfriend had the Grilled Amberjack.

And my cousin had Tomato Basil Soup and half of an Egg Salad Sandwich on Muti-grain Bread.

I resisted the temptation, but the other ladies each had a slice of the Chocolate Pie.
