I haven't been able to find much detail on the specifications.  By eye, it doesn't looks like the immersion depth range is going to be very good.

I just realized I had an unfortunate typo but I can't seem to edit it now - it looks like the depth range is NOT going to be very good.

They're claiming to control temperature accurately. A problem that seems to have been solved decades ago.

 

With any luck they're better at making appliances than they are at making videos. Did anyone else think that was completely creepy?
