The Death of Creativity in the Lunch Room

My friend who works in a College Cafeteria and laments the lack of creativity with the daily food selection, sent me this link and I found it interesting and sad.

So some lucky school had a creative cook who cared about her dishes and she gets slammed because the other schools aren't as spoiled and it isn't fair. What have we come to? What were they thinking?

All I remember about the school cafeteria was French Fry's, Donuts and Pasta. It has been a while, but I know i would have loved fresh baked bread!

They ought to give this lady a huge raise and send her around to teach the other cooks to serve her kind of food.

Sweden is highly socialized. Neither of your sensible suggestions would fly there.
