Hi,

Anyone comes across egg cutter that can cut at least 5 eggs at any one time? In today's commercial world anything is possible. Thanks indeed.

Gotta love the Buffalo chopper!

;)I've actually never used an egg cutter in a commercial setting. I have seen them, but I've always just used a sharp knife for hard cooked eggs.

That is a very simple machine.

I think it has a set of blades which look like an electric fan. The blades are driven by gears by a slow RPM motor.

The motor also turns the tray.

The blade is like a soooper sized Food processor turned on its side. If you need something rough chopped, that'll do it!
