Camping suppliers have had that for years. Any REI would have it and it is damn tasty after a hot day on the trail. It crumbles fine and would make an interesting topping on several things.

wouldn't know what to do with freeze dried cream, but what a great site - interesting products at reasonable prices and reasonable shipping to Denmark

I considered that "field trip" food. We went to the St. Louis Science center one year and they had it in the gift shop, and then in another year, they had it at the Zoo. My best friend's dad was a survivalist, and when we realized he had it in his kits, we started hatching a plan to get it! I don't remember all the details, but it took most of a sleepover to figure it out, and then he found out and just gave it to us. I think we put it in the icing or sprinkled it on top of the birthday cake.

It's a very popular item at the gift shop in the Air and Space Museum in Washington, D.C.
