Hey,

Does anyone know if you can get these pans anywhere in Vancouver? I'm on a mission.

Just Google DeBuyer and you have all sorts of their products. It doesn't look like they have a Canadian or American importer.

Daniel,

World Cuisine is the former importer of DeBuyer. They are now importing comparable cookware from China. Here is a Canadian source.

Good luck,

Tim

Update: I was able to order some DeBuyer carbon steel pans from Coquitlam Food Equipment. I've had them a few weeks now. These pans are outstanding. Unwarpable, great heat distribution. Incredibly heavy though, not for the weak wristed. Relatively inexpensive too.
