Pork Bratwurst toad in a hole.

I went to the butchers yesterday looking for some veal schnitzels but sadly none where prepped. But they did have some nice looking lamb forequarter chops. I'll have four of those please.... Was not what I brought home. 🤔 Juicy pork chop, Spanish omelette, grilled tomato and something green.

We hooked up the caravan for a few nights away with friends, packed the pizza oven and made the dough a couple of days before.

Pizza dough that's been in the fridge for 5 days but I haven't got any cheese etc for pizza. What I do have is left over Lasagne and some sauce from a cacciatori. Lasagne calzone's.

Sunday roast. Lamb leg, veg and gravy. I decided against Yorkie's thinking that would be to much to eat. I did miss them..

Wife's request, burger night with the lot.

Bolognese with penne.

A couple of easy dinners to get through the week.. Pie and peas. Stuffed potato with savoury mince.

Only five days of winter gone and already needing to warm the bones. Beef Stew.
