Curried beef. Chuck steak in the pressure cooker and dinner is 25min away. Love that.

Monday night childhood dinner. Savoury mince with pasta on toast.

Grilled lamb short loin chops, steamed potato, beans and a fried egg. Haven't had an egg in over a week so I scratched that itch.

Had one chicken breast for the both of us. So schnitzel it was along with some other stuff.
