My single germinated pea is halfway to the lights. Last I checked Click and Grow website still had no extension arms in stock to sell. I'll love to see what tomatoes you get.

I got the email. Was thinking to ask a Bolivian friend to translate.

I wonder if taking cuttings is legal?

I in no way claim to be sure but Piennolo is described as a grape tomato while Jutland is 3-5 ounces, more similar to Mountain Magic.
-
Thanks. However Jutland is billed as a Dutch tomato and this sounds Italian.

I was planning to get a NIST "Atomic" clock for my kitchen wall but now I read congress has withdrawn funds from that as well. There is always the amazon Echo clock, although as of a couple days ago the Echo clock was unavailable. Seems Jeff did not order enough container ships full for the first delivery.

	Interesting.

Interesting link! I was attracted by Jutland. I have no use for four plants (the minimum order) unfortunately and I can find no commercial source of seed. Has anyone tried growing Jutland? I did find contact information for the woman who supplied the Jutland seeds to heirloomtomatoplants but I don't want to bother her if there is a seed seller who has them. I would love to compare Jutland to Mountain Magic.

Today was my baking day as well! I'm finally sitting down to my mai tai while a couple of loves are cooling. Maybe pictures later. My considered take on last week's Gaahkoeh: great accompanying a soupy braise. For work sandwiches, not so much. I may make again. Particularly considering I have a lot of leftover rye flour to go through.

Challenge: Cook your way through your freezer (part 2)JoNorvelleWalker replied to a topic in Cooking Some peas fell out of my freezer this evening while I was fetching ice cubes and I noticed there was some meat beneath. I jammed the peas and meat back in as best I could.

Hmm...wonder what my tax refund will be like?

	Inquiring minds are waiting patiently.
-
But at least here the Mountain Magic plants cost no more than other varieties.

I can't help but mention the Precise Heat Mixing Bowl.

The dead ones I respectfully buried in the trash. The new peas I planted about an inch deep, maybe a little less. My basil and the one lorn pea plant are doing splendidly. I would love to hear of your results with fertilizer.

Mountain Magic has been my goto tomato for several years. No question there! But consider the economics. Seeds are so expensive there is no reason not to buy plants. I get mine from Burpee. I hope also to find a Ramapo plant, or I may tackle them from seed. Not something Burpee caries. Recently I have been growing Kelvedon Wonder peas from Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds, a variety Nigel Slater recommends.

Lamb shanks here tonight as well! Still working through the batch I showed a few days ago.

It is with great sadness I replanted most of my peas.

There is no LL Bean near here. Interestingly in our new mall where Whole Foods is coming LL Bean is to be the anchor store.
