Prefer last season rather than the new one. I used to like his style, but now I personally think Ramsay is a bit too much by now (IMHO)

Such adorable tomatoes photos in this thread! I usually make my own simple tomato sauce by boiling them for 3 minutes or until the skin is peeled, remove the seeds and peel skin and blended. Cook the tomato flesh crunch for 30 minutes over low heat until it becomes pure by the total solid 12-20 percent, and adding pepper, clove and cinnamon, sugar, salt. Love it!

Restaurants and food stalls in Bangkok
LynnFoodies replied to a topic in Elsewhere in Asia/Pacific: Dining
I went to Bangkok for holiday and stayed at the Khaosan Road. There are many food stalls around the area and I remember eating some kind of fried noodle. The taste was a bit spicy, but delicious too. Anyone knows what it's called? -
Love it! Roasted duck is perfect to start a long day. Why I have never thought of it.

What would be the best canned food if a disaster happened?
LynnFoodies replied to a topic in Food Traditions & Culture
First in my mind were instant noodle, canned tuna, mineral water.. But the stockpilling honey (on the above link) sounds really great! "The honey that was found in the Egyptian chambers was seen to be still good" ---- WOW!! -
I don't have much luck making pizza by my own.. So my kids prefer the chain.. Mostly we go for Round table

New cookbooks with the same title - is that ethical?
LynnFoodies replied to a topic in Food Media & Arts
We cannot copyright a book's title or an idea, but the copyright protects the actual words and how you wrote them. I think it applies in UK as well where copyright cannot apply to names and titles http://www.copyrightservice.co.uk/copyright/p18_copyright_names -
Never heard of it, but they do have an interesting program concept.
