Such adorable tomatoes photos in this thread! I usually make my own simple tomato sauce by boiling them for 3 minutes or until the skin is peeled, remove the seeds and peel skin and blended. Cook the tomato flesh crunch for 30 minutes over low heat until it becomes pure by the total solid 12-20 percent, and adding pepper, clove and cinnamon, sugar, salt. Love it!

I went to Bangkok for holiday and stayed at the Khaosan Road. There are many food stalls around the area and I remember eating some kind of fried noodle. The taste was a bit spicy, but delicious too. Anyone knows what it's called?
