This looks like a great recipe to use with the Paradeicers.
-
The Paradice 9 has only the one dicing blade, it's the 12msize. I doubt that you'd need any others unless you're planning to dice everything.
-
Beautiful! I'm thinking I'll use it for making potato salad next.
-
The 'care and usage' script at the Sur La Table specifies 'hand wash only' but I don't think that's correct. Every item in my Paradice 9 is d/w safe.

I know you want this..

Very nice! The Paradice 9 which is what I have, has only one dicer blade which is only half that size. Still, it's a nice size for me.
-
Can't wait to hear all about it!!!
-
Maybe you could sell your Sous and buy the Paradice.

I finally broke out the Paradice 9 to make a pot of corn chowder. I was mostly interested in how well the unit would dice. I'm pretty impressed; the potatoes, the bell peppers, cheese and onion all were diced perfectly! Watch it in action here.

These pots are so well made I doubt you'd ever need to replace parts. I don't know about accessories. .

I'm not an IP fan either. I AM a big Fissler fan, though. Expensive, yes, but really high quality.

The latest entry in the 'Panini Press' thread reminded me that ATK is now endorsing the cooking of bacon in a frypan with a TBSP or two of water. (for smaller portions of course) I rarely cook bacon because of the usual mess; this method I will have to try.

Love the inclusion of the cat!!!

Fabulous looking food!!!

I've nnow found that Kernza flour is readily available from Amazon (eG-friendly Amazon.com link) I got the berries from another source so I can mill my own flour. So far I've been getting wonderful results with the breads made with freshly milled white whole wheat berries.

In honor of the Outback restaurants that are closed we decided to have dinner it ours in Missoula. Sad about the last one closing in Honolulu, we had dinners there many times. Last night it was Petite Tenderloins with mushrooms, garlic mashed and bread followed by a Thunder Downumder. Always a great meal.

I don't know if any of you are interested in milling your own flours... but I ran across information on a new type of wheat that I found fascinating. Kernza. I plan to try it in sone sourdough bread very soon.

Tanqueray No. 10 is my favorite also.
-
No, they're not. That type of cutter takes a hefty amount of pressure.
-
They have a dicing set of three that fits your unit. Just sayin'. (enabling) here.
