  1. I've been a fan since the very beginning and I continue to this day. I watch every episode and subscribe to their web-magazines. ATK and CC are still my favorite cooking shows. Don't get the print magazines anymore though.

  7. When we were kids my brother loved canned spinach (no such thing as fresh in those days); to me that stuff was disgusting and slimy. Maybe it was a Popeye thing.

  9. I have neuropathy in my hands and feet (mostly in the feet) from chemotherapy treatments. It is bad and affects my stability. I try everything that comes along in the way of supplements but, so far, it remains. My oncologist told me it usually goes away within six months or so but not in my case.
  10. I do my prep in stages so that I can go sit for a bit then resume work. Due to lower back pain and pressure on nerves that causes my knee to go numb.

    Can racks?

    I have some nice shelving units in my garage that I use for kitchen overflow. The woman who is doing my packing for the big household move coming up in early October helped me sort through the canned goods. There was a lot of stuff there that I'd forgotten I had and some of it really wasn't worth the cost to move it. The local food pantry got about half of it.

  24. The gas range in my current house is my first ever and I've been using it for 15 years now. I do like it except for a couple of things: The heat it creates in the kitchen, The open flame is dangerous, the range top gets dirty and is hard to keep clean. My new house is getting a GE Cafe Induction slide-in range. I'm excited about it. We put a new Kitchen Aid glass top electric range in my previous home (no available gas line) and I liked it just fine, especially how easy it was to keep looking nice.
