@JoNorvelleWalker, For larger loaves I've seen coverings like produce bags or the plastic grocery bags used. I think it's important to cover the loaves. Sometimes I've just used a large damp dish towel.

The very first thing I'm going to do is locate some Everclear!!!

I caved and bought the Challenger! It's not that bad to lift though I do one piece at a time. Now I have my work cut out to learn to make some beautiful baguettes. Cold here and getting colder (2F) and getting colder with more snow cooming. Last night's dinner was Polish Cabbage Soup, an old favorite recipe of my Mom's. Pure comfort served with fresh dinner rolls.

since it is quite frigid here, thanks to out neighbors to the North, I will be making chicken and dumplings for dinner. 7F/-13.8C this morning and getting colder tonight.
