Fried up some shallots, fine diced creminia mushrooms and poblano chilies and then added ground chuck seasoned with ancho, guajillo and chipotle chilies. Finish with cilantro, queso fresco and tomatillo salsa on fresh corn tortillas

Ordered some seafood from Donostia web site the other day. Trying to recreate our trip last year. Canned/ jarred anchovies and Squid in ink and tomato sauce as well as tuna in oil and sardines The anchovies were nice, the squid was too broken down. Did not represent the picture of what it should be. Just a little disappointed overall. I guess i need need to go back to San Sebastián

Tonight went Mediterranean Lamb loin chops, roasted potatoes, brussels and pita

It’s my wife’s favorite. Picked up 3 cases several months ago at a decent price. Sent one case to my daughter in San Antonio. She loves it too

In reference to the strawberries, I find most all the strawberries in my markets, Florida or from California are tasteless.
