Frittata with ham, potatoes, baby kale, cheese. I could not finish my half, it will make a nice snack.

Hash made with corned beef, roasted turkey. Fried egg of course.

Bacon, eggs (fried for me and scrambled for DH), roasted grape tomatoes.

Steel cut oatmeal with pears and feta. Cold pears and salty cheese worked well.

Cod steam baked in CSO 325 degrees for 20 minutes over chickpeas, turnip greens, miso broth.

Butternut squash stew in coconut milk with onions and Trader Joe red curry paste. Topped with scallions and cashews.

Hotel breakfast. Eggs Benedict and potatoes that were good. Grilled asparagus and fruit cup that appear to be from yesterday’s buffet offerings. And why does one need ketchup with this?

Surprisingly tasty paneer cheese over rice and raspberry (I think it was raspberry) cheesecake on United.

Rancho Gordo cassoulet beans and pork stew. Egg on top makes it breakfast:)
