  8. @scubadoo97 nice , very nice Mazzer Mini mighty fine. have you considered " minute rice " and various other items , commercially made but might not be that better than ' minute rice ' its about removing the oils. isn't working about improving your Personal Cup a fine hobby ? personal is the key

  11. I got an order of ' seasoning meat ' from Broadbent's https://www.broadbenthams.com/Seasoning-Meats/products/82/ the beans I have from RG's would be very lonely without these friends when I start to use them both. granted BB is not priced at the Supermarket level .... Rice::Beans::Broadbent my new Triad
  12. lima's for starters and these are not the smaller , fresh ' butter beans ' of the South which Ive never had , unfortunately. also ones w ' eyes ' have always been suspect to me can't the beans make up their minds on their color choice ?
  13. @scubadoo97 you must like ' Counter Aged ' coffee. Ive noticed my Coffee Ground Stash near composting time , has been partially colonized w green fuzz no ordor at all but the grounds might have a tiny bit of sugar in them as I use the same filter to pass the sediment ( tiny bit of sugar / each cup ) left in my cup and add that to the Mass @gfweb I didn't know that , re H2O2 I do know what happens when you add K-Permanganate to it dont try this at home

@Paul Bacino Wow Im getting a bit sort of breath in a good way.
  18. I dont know this as a confirmed fact but way when , the Bodum in FR did not come w the very fine nylon filter , which came w models you bought in the USA Ive had FP in FR and there was some sediment in the cup , and I was told that was a desirable characteristic . not too much but some Im guessing the grind for this system is on the coarser side w the nylon filleter in the stack , there s much less silt. guessing via marketing analysis Bodum added the nylon filter do to USA preferences but things alway change https://www.bodum.com/us/en/ going nuts I dont have this beauty : https://www.bodum.com/us/en/11571-01us-1-pour-over sort of like a Chemex i used to use a long time ago I look forward to treating myself to one of these in early fall this year.
  19. one last note on the food supply as I understand it from a distance : Target.com had extended two items I had ordered by two weeks : two cases of soup. they now apologized and canceled them. I dont mind and it probably will have no real effect on the food I have. Im hoping they developed an algorithm that sent them elsewhere based on my previous orders. this would put a smile on my face. I think deep in the food supply system , for ' pantry ' items there is plenty of stock l just not in the place readily available to consumers. I doubt Campbells Soup factories work at a thin margin. out of personal curiosity only , Ill check weekly and see when these reappear. I doubt ill need them then , but Im keeping my self at my home , based on my age and walk around the block a few times a day as an investment I should have made a long time ago. and , I do have plenty to occupy me , but sometimes I click return on my computer for no really significant reason at all. Ill now measure Units of Time in "" Better Call Saul "" units , which means its Mondays.
  20. @scubadoo97 i knew this "" in the end it’s just a cup of joe "' but one you are completely responsible for with in reason esp at 5:30 AM
