My daughter lives in Albuquerque.. we always love to go to the Corrales area. We usually fill up with fresh when season is on.. the farmers market there sells a green chili burrito.. that is steller. If u travel to Santa Fe-- get up to Rancho Chimayo some of the best NM food around

Beef PHo retooled!! Was leftover broth and bits/ added radish stem /leafs/ Nasturtium leaf --radish components are nice ad tender ..different but not killing the effect

@haresfur -- stuff grows and spreads like mint..I got mine to just grow in one pot. I water every day too

My Favorite...is spring roll!! But I like to use it as a degestivio...shredded diakon and shredded carrots wrap and dip in spicy sauce or soy based dipping sauce I seen a recipe where they just steamed it and ate it ( steamed perilla )
