Shrimp Cake!! Left over snacks from Thanksgiving!! shrimp/food processed little/ tri colored peppers/ carrot , cellery , onion, lemon grass, egg, panko...shrimp were season with a creole& slap ur momma seasoning

Quick Post soccer dinner Bineshii Ghost wild rice in a stir-fried style tortilla ( celery carrot onion egg )/ had a base of celery under rice for crunch/ this was an Ortega sauce/tad of radish

The Passion fruit was super killer-- bitter/ tart and sweet/ it might have a texture that could be off putting. Not me. So with the coconuts/ u shake them/ if they have liquid/ good to go. Most of the meat was hard/ u could cut it diagonally in strips or you can scrape it/ which flakes( grates ) it and that is squeezer for the milk

So, recently returning from Bora Bora...had a chance to see live sea cucumbers. They are all over the place. Heck why not grab and touch one!!!!! Whoa if u haven't, these things secret the most godly sticky gooy sh*t. Had to laugh, my son in law.. said what the heck is coming out of that thing. I hadnt noticed till it was stringing out about a foot Got it all over my had..crazy stuff

@Duvel-- Roughly same amount carrot/celery/onion sautéed in butter/deglazed with rose wine ( was drinking ) Cooled 1 egg 1 thai chili chopped lemon zest parsley eyed those I food processed about twice the amount of cod to the above mix maybe a bit more Then enough toasted panko to it binds I usually cook by eye--so asking for ratio's works for me ( Thanks ) As always set aside in fridge ( covered ) to set before-- I cooked in ghee and EvOO Cheers Doc B
