Zucchini Crust casserole--For my wife btw/ its some Lean and Green thing!! But actually tastes pretty good. .this I think was 4 servings

Had some cherry tomatoes.. no this is hot/ I kinda stewed them till they were just ready to pop / I dont like tomato skins/ and have figured a way to de skin cherry ones/ so these bust with flavor when you bit them BTW its. Arugula and I pickled some arugula stems to add also

I think we used it in Posole.. In the broth and bits added back. we used tongue/ears/ snout/ toes and a Pork loin-- Rosario always said her daughters would never eat the fore mentioned body parts!! Lingua taco's would work too

I would gravitate towards a spanish/ mexican dish!! It leaves my mind , that my relative used it in some type of soup.

Leaf Garden--Arugula, mustard, field lettuce, radish..in the box edible flower bed with shisho, Nasturtium, BTW...those are not my flowers..not sure how that pic got in there

Got mine about 2 months ago/ had been back ordered for 4-6 months/ Have the cover too. After I use mine and it cools ..I take my leaf blower to clean it all out

Boring Another Pizza run--This is La Pinsa Flour ( wheat germ )/ cant remember the whole set up % 72 H2O i think - 3 day fridge ferment/ 1hr out and on the pan--cooked on weber @600F--Par baked first too Morel Pie-Saute'd morels in a red wine/ asparagus/rigotta/topped with Asiago...i wanted to add confit garlic but forgot
