My Mushroom jus.. I had Cremini and chemiji ( sp ) shrooms/ fry hard in skillet 50/50 evoo and irish butter/ added fresh garden garlic saute/ deglace with wine/ I had white balsamic vinegar / to this i fold in vegetable beyond boullion ( that i liquided out / and some Chicken stock..I didn't salt shrooms.. because the other mentioned stocks have inherent salt.. reduce till thick..u can add thyme.. which i did at some point Cheers B

On a recent trip to French Polynesia "For a three hour tour, A three hour tour : I thought I would enlighten you on how coconut oil is made over there> The open the coconuts/ drain the water/ then they bake them in the sun or many days . which dries the milk then they press the mash to get the oil. The Passion fruit was super killer-- bitter/ tart and sweet/ it might have a texture that could be off putting. Not me. So with the coconuts/ u shake them/ if they have liquid/ good to go. Most of the meat was hard/ u could cut it diagonally in strips or you can scrape it/ which flakes( grates ) it and that is squeezer for the milk

So, recently returning from Bora Bora...had a chance to see live sea cucumbers. They are all over the place. Heck why not grab and touch one!!!!! Whoa if u haven't, these things secret the most godly sticky gooy sh*t. Had to laugh, my son in law.. said what the heck is coming out of that thing. I hadnt noticed till it was stringing out about a foot Got it all over my had..crazy stuff
