Aw, thank you! It's definitely earned a place among things that I'll make regularly. And thanks for pointing that out- what you see is the bacon that I'd cooked for the fat. I'd added it as an afterthought (rather than putting it on the side or just eating it as I was cooking) and had forgotten to type it.

This was literally me just tossing everything in to the slow cooker and letting it cook for about four hours. 14 oz can tomato puree 14 oz can coconut milk pound chicken breast, diced 1 carrot, diced 1 large onion, diced 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 large apple, diced 2 bananas, diced 2 tbsp curry powder 1/2 tsp thyme 1/4 tsp black pepper 2 tsp grated ginger 1/2 tsp paprika pinch cinnamon

lol oddly, I've never had trouble cleaning my pan after, but I do usually let it soak a bit first.

My favourite way it to boil them for a few minutes, then melt some Gorgonzola in a pan and saute them in it.

yep, or at least that's what Bad Manners Kitchen calls it. I've used it on veggies, in sauce making, and also in home-made seitan too.

Sorry, I think I phrased that unclearly - it was added to the corn-and-edamame succotash. It's a standard for me for adding a bit of extra flavour to steamed veggies.

Thank you! 1 pound of ground meat, 15oz can black beans, cup shredded carrot, 2 tbsp cup flaxseed, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 2 beaten eggs to bind, two hard boiled eggs in centre of loaf. Seasoned with garlic powder and pepper.
