Last night's dinner. Local Coho Salmon with Julienne Vegetables served with a Pressure cooker Risotto. The risotto was good, BUT, I must confess, I'm a traditionalist when it comes to Risotto and actually enjoy the process of making it.

Tex Mex pressured cooked in the Breville. Pinto beans cooked first. Took about 25 minutes. A few minutes longer because I hadn't soaked first. Chicken Chile Verde took 20 minutes.

I haven't baked in months. So I have a very happy husband. He doesn't whine much, but he does whine about eating bakery bought bread. Handmixed a 1000g batch of dough at 73% hydration on Saturday night and left it overnight in the fridge. Baked two small baguettes Sunday night. Will bake again over the next couple of days. Makes great toast.

Soaked Navy Beans over night and cooked them in the Breville this morning. Took 15 minutes on high and 30 minutes to cool down naturally. Moe had a bowl of beans with homemade toasted baguette for breakfast.

This is my first post to this thread. I finally bit the bullet and bought a PC. After reading all of the reviews, I decided to go with the Breville Fast Slow Pro Multi-Cooker because I really like all of the other Breville small appliances that I have. The Breville arrived in the mail yesterday and I used it last night to make Veal Blanquette. And this morning I made lamb shanks. Greek Style. It is a learning process. I learned that it would have been much quicker to sear the shanks in my cast iron skillet rather than in the PC. Once the lamb was cooked (50 minutes), I removed it from the pot and added two large whole russets and some green beans. The vegetable setting was for 10 minutes at 7.5 which I think was about 2 minutes too long. I will reduce the time when I do potatoes again. Moe had the lamb for breakfast. Not pretty, but flavour was wonderful.

I used my new pressure cooker for tonight's dinner. I ordered the Breville Fast Slow Pro Multi cooker Monday and it arrived today. So I decided to give it a trial run. I made an old favourite, Veal Blanquette. Only took 20 minutes in the PC.

Moe's Breakfast. Pulled Pork Sandwich. Put a small pork shoulder on to slow roast early this morning. Might as well cook when I'm awake at 3:30 AM. Seasoned with fresh garlic, salt, lots of fresh ground pepper, chipotle peppers and the juice of a lime.

Ready to steam - chicken breasts with garlic, lemon zest, hot red pepper flakes and fresh thyme. Served with spinach and fried potatoes.

Thanksgiving Dinner. Prime Rib. Presalted yesterday. Roasted today at 500°F. Yorkshire Pudding baked in roasting pan.

Tonight's dinner. Meatball Sandwiches, with fresh mozzarella cheese and topped with grilled peppers and sauteed onions.

Roast Rack of Pork for breakfast yesterday. For Moe. Too early for me. I was working yesterday so I took mine for lunch. I would have been happy with just the mashed potatoes and gravy. Love pork gravy.

Thank you Tropicalsenior, you made my day. Robirdstx, you are very welcome. Tonight's dinner Fresh Halibut finished off in the oven. In a lemon butter sauce.

Robirdstx, I added the recipe to my blog. You can find it here.

Lindag, I live on the west coast of Canada and I wish I could get it for $17.99 per pound. Last time I bought it was the same prices as what Anna posted. Moe's Dinner. I wasn't hungry and he said he would be happy with just something to pick at. So I made salsa and guacamole and gave him is own tray.

. So many great looking breakfasts. Robirdstx, Unlike Moe I'm not really a big fan of traditional breakfasts, but I would love your Chicken Taquitos. Would be really happy too with Andiesenji's scones and Kim's croissants. Made Steamed Chicken with ginger, garlic and green onions for Moe's breakfast yesterday morning, and I took the same to work with me for lunch.

Dejah, I'm seriously considering buying an electric pressure cooker. Just wondering which size you have or would recommend. The six or the eight?

I had a craving for roast chicken. Well actually if the truth be told it was really a craving for mashed potatoes and gravy.

David, thank you for sharing your method. I've saved your instructions and this is definitely going on my must try soon list. I love duck and it isn't something that I cook often. If I can't find fresh duck legs in Victoria's Chinatown, I know I can buy them frozen in a number of our local grocery stores. Last night's dinner. Escargot for Two.

Gfweb, This is a recipe I have been making for almost 30 years. It is from a Bon Appetit Magazine. The sauce is really simple. I used dried Mission Figs. You can find the recipe here.
