Hi Everyone,

I was wondering what the best way to store cocoa butter was? Should it be kept in the fridge once opened?

cool and make sure it's in something tightly sealed--a bucket as advised above is good.

Air, leading to oxidation is the enemy of coca butter--any fat--think butter left out uncovered.

Thanks for all the advice. I guess I'll move my cocoa butter out of the fridge and into a cool cupboard.
