I was going to say Gentlemans relish, Patum Pepperium, but while wonderful on toast its too tough to follow, unless generalised to anchovy spread...

Whisky with soda on the rocks.

Club soda!

Club soda makes great fresh lime soda, (garnished with a sprig of mint).

Club soda, + freshly squeezed lime juice + syrup made

with sugar, ginger, and a pinch of :

black salt!

I use sesame oil in a stirfry with garlic, sliced red chili peppers, sesame seeds and...

long beans.

My favorite sandwich right now is grilled chevre and fig preserves. A little honey and basil mixed into the chevre.

I use alot of coriander seed in the spice blend I make for boiling lobster.
