Hmn.. Terra comes to mind, but it's pretty far north of the city. Also Auberge du Pommier has a room, but I'm not aware of how many it accomodates. That's at Yorkmills and Leslie.

You could try and book out Linda, the upstairs and nicer space of salad king I'm also not positive of the capacity.

The Rosewater Supper Club has a lovely room upstairs. I had a dinner for 10 and it was perfect. I am not sure if it would hold 20-30.

Starfish has a private room that I know they've put 23 in before, but I suspect 30 would be too much.

Azure restaurant in the Intercontinental hotel has 2 private rooms that can be combined to accomodate up to 60.
