i just found this little gem of chocolate cookbooks called "Chocolate and Cocoa Recipes and Home Made candy Recipes" written 1924 by Miss Parloa. its been released for free on the project gutenberg site, have fun !!

Wow, thanks for posting that. I love old fashioned candies....I'll have to try a few of these.

Interesting to see there were such trademark violations Baker's had to deal with back in 1924... you'd think it'd be really difficult to copy their packing back then, but apparently not.
