A Dessert? Hm.. I'd love the recipe if you want to give it up :raz:

From what I have read about this veggie, it seems strange my friend used this with hamburger and carrots in spring rolls.

I saw some recipes for puddings. Would you mash and mix with maybe coconut milk?
