No/Low corkage fee restaurants in NYC

I'm trying to put together a list of places in NYC that have either no corkage fee or low fees. I know about Montrachet on Monday nights, Tartine, and NoHo Star. Any other suggestions?

Thanks,

Mary

Cube63 sushi on LES -- byob/w/s all the time -- and adorable waitstaff.

As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans. - Ernest Hemingway, in A Moveable Feast

Anyone have other places? Would ideally like somewhere with corkage under $20 or that would be waived with a purchase or with a substantial dinner order...
