There is decidedly a copyright issue. And really, it's no big deal -- just a short piece that was part of a larger package on Middle Eastern restaurants in New Jersey. William Grimes has nothing to worry about. :)

Exactly. I took Shaw's "no big deal" comment to mean he thinks he deserves better placement and more column inches. ;)
