Jersey tomatoes, just picked from the garden. Sliced. Fresh basil leaves, from the same garden. A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. A tiny dash of balsamic. Add either a little salt or a bit of grated pecorino romano.

I could eat that 3 meals a day for life. (I actually did eat it 3 meals a day during the second trimester of my last pregnancy!)

It must almost be lunchtime!:

Wellfleet oysters on the halfshell, lemon, cocktail sauce, extra horseradish.

sashimi, especially uni

Not that I've ever had the opportunity, but I'd love to try to fill up on fois gras and truffles!
