It was a bit late to start the dough for a rosemary focaccia, so I decided for a scarpaccia instead. The works: scarpaccia di zucchine (Tuscan zucchini cake), marinated champignons and olives, roasted peppers with anchovy, cod roe with capers & garlic, heirloom tomatoes with buffalo mozzarella, baked provolone, fried squid and shrimp with allioli and a nice Primitivo.
And some not soooo Italian churros (commercial product with excellent results in the airfryer) with chocolate sauce to finish …
All enjoyed while watching “The Northman”. And no complaints (except for that lame movie 🙄) …
