Horchata, nut milk, and the like, are a more complicated and time-consuming  direction than I was looking for.  While I've made and enjoyed those drinks, they're much more than flavored water.

I just remembered something.  Tamarind.  If you soak the pods, it will give you a tangy and definitely refreshing drink.  Many sweeten it, I never did.

I buy the 10 calorie/cup cranberry cocktail and mix it 25% juice/75% water - definitely drink more of that than plain water. Yesterday I found a SunRype mango/passion fruit 10 calorie juice and that was a nice change.
