Samin Nosrat was recently a guest on Dax Shepard's podcast, Armchair Expert.  If you haven't listened in the past, they are very long interviews.  Samin's pretty articulate and I enjoyed listening to this episode.

Amongst other topics, she talks at some length about her next book.
