Funny you should say that but of all the things from that restaurant we enjoy the pita is not one of them! They are thick, doughy and frankly boring. Kerry jokingly asked me this last time if she should tell them that their pita stink. I suspect it may be just a different pita than we are accustomed to so I said perhaps silence was the best policy. The pita the bin right after the photographs (should have saved it for some fatoot samneh!).
Edited to add that the company as usual was fantastic.
