At @haresfur's suggestion, a Knickerbocker riff using my Polish raspberry liqueur. 

  • 2 oz Plantation 3 Star rum
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz PF dry curacao
  • 1/4 oz raspberry nalewki
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup

Shake, strain, up, garnish with raspberries.

Yum!
