hi guys! I hope someone can help me. I have been scouring the interwebs on where to find a dacquoise mold similar to the picture  below. I need this for an event I am catering soon... thanks!

is it a one-time thing?  I'd take a few pieces of waxed cardboard or cake boards and cut a stencil with a razor.  Looks like you want about 1/4" or 6-8mm thick.

Where do you live? There are many sources, but, they don't all ship worldwide.

Also, do you want that exact shape? if so, what are the measurements?

Hi, I live in Ohio, I wanted something circular/rounded with about 2.5 -3 inches diameter. but I wont mind having the same as shape as in the pic. if you know any sources, it would be of great help! thanks a lot!

not really, I would like to have something that I could reuse. however your idea of cake boards are awesome too... if I can't find anyone selling it, I might do what you suggest. thanks!

Are you looking for something like a chablon or are these completely different?

You can check here or even amazon. I know they're mostly for chocolate but at work we even used them for coconut macaroons.
