Pre mayonnaise home made salad dressing 

 

Cooked Salad dressing for potato salad- makes 2 cups.

 

1/2C. dry milk

1/4C. flour

1C. water

1 tsp. dry mustard

2 eggs

1C. sugar

1 Tbs.salt

 

Whisk, cook over double boiler 5 minutes to thicken.
