What do you call lemons, for example, that have been vacuum sealed with syrup then refrigerated? Are they candied? or does the term "candied" apply only to fruit that has been boiled for a long time in the syrup? Or would they be "crystallized"?

Does the term "cold-crystallized" mean anything?

Thanks,

Lyn
