Looks like they are made by 'crystal clear industries' - still trying to find pattern name.

RT.. It just says. " made in Romania"

That's the only identified mark..I can see

I found a bell online with the same pattern - that's how I figured out the company - just going through replacements.com to see what else I can figure out.
