Sorry but I had to laugh.  It reminded me of the times I have forgotten to insert the dasher into my little ICE-20 churn.   Ended up with a bucket of frozen ice cream mixture.   Fortunately it was all redeemable with some time and effort.

 

Edit:  Could not delete that extra top box.  Very frustrating...
