Storing truffle juice

Hello. I have a 14oz can of truffle juice. I will not be using it all. How long will it last, and what is the best method of storage? Can it be frozen? Should I add it to something gelatinous, like a veal jus, and then keep it in the freezer? Thanks.

Freeze it in an ice cube tray. Then, if you like, unmold, wrap in plastic and keep in a bag in the freezer.
