I always get a nice chuck roast ground fresh at my local safeway if I need ground meat (which I don't use that often). The recent articles made me suspicious about preground, but then reading on the lable "product of USA, Canada, and Mexico" sealed it for me. I'd rather eat from one cow, not 100 having a questionable meeting in my bun :-)
