I have just decided to add this to my program so I will need to order items ASAP to make the Fall season.

I want to do a segment on traditional cooking implements internationally. I'm looking for suggestions on what to get.

For an idea of what I'm looking for:

Tagine

Tandoor Oven

Wok

Tortilla Press

Hot Pot

Anything and everything in the way of suggestions would be appreciated.

What are those traditional cooking utensils that we don't normally come across in North America?

Raclette Grill

Less exotic but I would say is still not mainstream for North America

Rice cooker, clay pot for baking, crocks used for fermenting (German Rumtopf or Korean Kimchi)

Can't think of too many single utensils that are truly unique, but variations, such as paella pan or crepe pan.

Edit: nickrey had just beat me to some of my suggestions, the ipad is too slow to type, but agree with the suggestions

The rice cooker I have already. Indispensable.

The Hibachi Grill we can simulate pretty easily in the kitchen.

I have some Paella pans. Great utensil.

Great suggestion for the raclette grill. I can't believe I didn't already think of that.

Especially the big grill that will hold a whole wheel of cheese.

Molcajete, disco, molinillo.

EDIT: Metate.

This is my skillet. There are many like it, but this one is mine. My skillet is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it, as I must master my life. Without me my skillet is useless. Without my skillet, I am useless. I must season my skillet well. I will. Before God I swear this creed. My skillet and myself are the makers of my meal. We are the masters of our kitchen. So be it, until there are no ingredients, but dinner. Amen.

A potjie and cast iron dutch oven? Both for cooking over fires and both (especially the potjie) widely used in South Africa. A potjie is a round cast iron pot with 3 legs.
