Glaze for Ham steak

  • 1/3 c maple syrup
  • 1 T ketchup
  • 1 T dijon mustard

Mix and marinate the steaks with a portion of the glaze at room temp for 30 minutes, or several hours in the fridge. Broil for 3 minutes on each side. Reglaze with the remaining mixture
