Summit for lunch

Sis and I are getting together at the end of December, meeting in Summit. Would like some ideas for someplace fun for lunch, we like vegetarian, sushi/asian...not someplace heavy into "meat-centric" dishes

Price isn't really an issue (at least not the primary one) but we don't want something heavy (ie, no italian).

Any thoughts?

Brix 67, Monster Sushi. There's another small sushi restaurant in a side street perpendicular to Springfield Ave. Have not eaten there, but it looks interesting. I like Bona Vita Osteria. I read that you did not want Italian, but this place has small plates and a modern, lighter menu.

How about Dabbawalla? I've only been once, but I thought the food was delicious, and it was recommended to me by a rather trusty source!
